I° "Il Corso del Corso" Quilt Show

Last week, our group decided to organizer a little quilt exposition to share with other people our handcrafts. Daniela e Fabio, sewing machines shop's owner, gave us the possibility to use their shop, Friday in the evening, as location.
This is the result:

It has been very interesting to see a lot of our quilts, made with different styles, different techniques and levels.

I hope that this is the first of many meetings.

III Quilting Day FVG 2012

There was, last Sunday in Trieste, the III Quilting Day of Friuli Venezia Giulia (our area in Italy).
The location was the halls of S. Giusto Castle and there were about 220 quilters.
A lot of workshops,  two quilt shop areas (Volpe Rossa e Filomania), a lottery with nice prizes, interesting "show and tell" and.....a very good catering!
